The daughter of a salesman, Eloise Owens
has always been a momentum maker.
Momentum in the Making
In college, she was chosen last for
the intercollegiate volleyball team. (Her coach
thought she had potential.) She finished her
career as an All Conference setter. She never had the
glory of being the "killer" spiker. She chose
instead to hone her skill in 'setting up' the success
of others. (interesting...)
Her love for the outdoors has always taken her to new
heights. On a dare, she climbed Yosemite's famous Half
Dome mountain seven hours straight up in her canvas
white tennis shoes. No, she wasn't exactly prepared
for the adventure but made it happen anyway, despite
the blisters. (She believes this was great preparation
for her sales career to come.)
A Sales Success
Like father like daughter, Eloise chose to use her
communication degree in the sales profession. Throughout
the next twenty years she has won numerous national
sales awards for volume and advancement everywhere she
went. The momentum she generated for an international
seminar company took her office from number 14 to number
3 in just 12 short months.
As a nationally recognized sales leader,
Eloise has kept her momentum with incredible sales results
year after year. In 1993, she laced up her tennis shoes
again as she walked away from corporate America to generate
a whole new kind of momentum as a business owner and
entrepreneur.
As president and CEO of The Momentum Company,
Eloise now takes her momentum expertise to work with
sales driven organizations who want to increase their
personal and professional momentum. She was featured
in Selling Power magazine for her work with sales organizations
and increasing their momentum for bottom line results
A Speaker with Results
As a professional speaker she
transports audiences to places where they can relearn what
it takes to generate a new kind of momentum in their marketplace.
From increasing sales results to motivating your
team, here's a sampling of what momentum has done for Eloise's
clients:
Increased morale and unity within an advertising sales
department!
An average sales rep moves into the company's upper tier
of performers and wins a national sales award!
An event sales professional creates new ways to get to
decision makers and wins!
A territory sales rep takes a no and turns it into seven
new customers!
A retail sales professional rethinks order taking and
develops his own cold calling system!
A corporate trainer gets reenergized to connect in new
ways with their audiences!
A telesales rep increases up selling results overnight!
A sales manager recreates new sales meetings that reps
actually look forward to attending!
All of these people and many more have dared to create their
own kind of momentum not wait for it! Now...its your turn!
