Lighting: We prefer the room
as bright as possible. Lighting adjustments can be made once
on site to accommodate screen clarity. Make certain, however,
that direct light is not reflected upon the screen.
Platform: Open platform with no head table. Because
Eloise uses audience interaction, a set of stairs in front
is preferable for access to the audience.
Temperature: A cool room produces an alert audience,
a warm rooms produces a drowsy audience. The optimum room
temperature is somewhere between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
Equipment Needed:
Microphone: Eloise prefers a
wireless lavaliere mike.
A Laptop Projector with at least 1000 lumens for
optimum viewing.
Screen: Please select a screen of appropriate size
to ensure all participants clear vision of the presentation.
Screen placement to speaker's left where possible. Do not
put the screen in the front center of the room..
Seating
Because each room will be limited by size and number of
audience members, generally we prefer a middle aisle and seats
to flow in a Chevron style.
Handouts/Worksheets
Where appropriate, Eloise will send a master to be duplicated
for all program participants. Please do not pass these out
to audience prior to Eloise's presentation.
